I gave this place 5 stars until today. I've spent the past 10 days trying to get my sons scrip filled. I called again today to confirm the prescription was ready. An older...man, I can't even call him a gentleman, answered, gave him my sons name. He quickly got extremely rude with me, something about losing money on the prescription, I kept assuring him it was covered. And asked to confirm they had the correct secondary insurance information, he then YELLED at me "well how am I supposed to know that???" At this point I hung up and called my insurance company. They called him and came back to me stating the same thing, he was extremely rude and derogatory. What they were able to find out, but we're unable to get across to him was that he was trying to fill the prescription with the generic from of the medication when only the name brand is accepted. Had he only calmed down and either filled the prescription correctly or asked nicely for my sons secondary information, he probably would have kept a family that unfortunately has to fill a very large number of prescriptions every month.
